Please be aware that our rates have the service fee built in. The only additional fee is the 7% BVI government hotel tax.

We request a 50% deposit at the time of booking in order to hold the unit.

Final Payment of balance is due (30) days prior to arrival date during summer and winter season and (60) days prior to arrival date in Holiday season.

We accept Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Certified US Checks, Travelers Checks & Cash.

Cancellation refunds are issued minus a $50.00 cancellation fee if notification of cancellation is received, in writing, no later than (30) days prior to arrival date in Summer and Winter season and (60) days prior to arrival date during Holiday season.

Virgin Gorda Village Hotel is a small condominium community with office hours Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. We schedule extended office hours due to early, late or Sunday arrivals and departures. Accurate arrival times are vital to our operations.

There is no smoking in all condos. Smoking is permitted in outside areas.

Most cellular phones do not work in the British Virgin Islands with the exception of some Cingular phones. CCT Mobile Phones on Virgin Gorda will rent cellular phones to vacationers for $10 a day plus a $250 refundable deposit.

Currently, phones are not available in all the rooms. There is a phone in the office and we will gladly make local calls for you during office hours or feel free to have your friends and family call you at the office.

In addition if you need to make a long distance call you can use the phone in the office for the standard island rate of $1 per minute. Most rooms have wi-fi connection therefore skype.com is the preferred choice of making phones calls.
